Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with a multiple line busy switchboard
- Strong communication skills
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to interact effectively as a member of a team
- Ability to listen to customers and respond positively
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Must be flexible and willing to assist with various clerical functions

Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls
- Route calls promptly and correctly
- Politely take messages when necessary
- Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure campus visitors sign in and receive necessary authorizations
- Provide escort to visitors
- Support enrollment tasks such as ordering and verifying transcripts
- Assist with special admission events
- Maintain appointment calendars and assist with confirmations
- Inventory and maintain marketing materials
- Assist with data entry, scanning, copying, and mailing projects
- Perform other duties as needed
