The role of Receptionist/Administrative Support is an entry-level position that plays a vital role in the smooth operation of the office. This position involves managing incoming and outgoing telecommunications, providing clerical support, and acting as the face of the organization for visitors and callers. The Receptionist will answer and place telephone calls using the company switchboard, ensuring that messages are accurately conveyed and that appropriate parties are notified promptly. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Responsible for answering and placing telephone calls, operating company switchboard and notifying appropriate parties of arriving calls, customers or visitors
  • Provides entry level administrative support including but not limited to typing, filing, copying and coordinating calendars
  • Greets customers, vendors, job applicants and other visitors in a courteous, friendly and timely manner
  • Sorts and routes mail, correspondence, packages, and messages for timely delivery to appropriate party
  • Directs issues or problems to appropriate party for resolutions
  • Coordinates meetings and organizes catering
  • Performs other duties as assigned
