Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers
- Communicate and educate customers on Great Clips processes including online check-in and wait time monitor
- Process transactions and issue receipts
- Maintain general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
- Manage the flow of customers between check-in and service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
- Answer phone calls and inform customers about services
- Update customer records with contact information
- Assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
- Work a flexible schedule including peak times
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Demonstrate dedication to great customer service
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
