This dynamic and supportive culture is celebrated under the motto "Fun, Pride + Profit...in that Order," which reflects the firm's commitment to balancing professional success with a positive work environment.

The available Receptionist position in the Lansing office represents a key opportunity to embody the firm's values while serving as the essential first point of contact for clients, guests, and firm members. This full-time role is foundational in establishing a welcoming and professional atmosphere, reflecting the excellence and client-focused culture Warner Norcross + Judd is known for. The receptionist position requires a proactive, flexible individual capable of juggling multitasking demands such as greeting visitors warmly, managing correspondence, coordinating conference room schedules, and supporting daily administrative functions that keep the office environment organized and efficient.

This lawsuit support role carries significant responsibility in maintaining the firm's positive image through courteous and efficient service. It involves answering and directing calls, managing reception and common areas, handling mail and packages, assisting with event preparations, and helping with logistical tasks such as delivering files to court or shipping centers. Beyond administrative tasks, the receptionist ensures every interaction embodies the firm’s foundational values of teamwork, respect, excellence, adaptability, and service.

Candidates for this role should bring a friendly, professional demeanor coupled with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and prior experience in a receptionist or customer service capacity are preferred. The physical demands of the role require mobility, the ability to transport items of up to 25 pounds, and skillful operation of typical office equipment.

Warner Norcross + Judd offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401k plan with employer contributions, generous paid time off policies, and flexibility for remote work. The firm actively promotes professional development, wellness programs, and fosters a diverse and inclusive workplace environment. Working at Warner Norcross + Judd means joining a community deeply invested in collaboration, professional excellence, community engagement, and ensuring a balanced work-life experience.

As the Receptionist, you will not only advance your own career in a highly respected legal firm but also contribute meaningfully to the friendly, supportive culture that Warner Norcross + Judd prides itself on.
