We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a front desk or customer service role, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential to handle duties such as maintaining resident emergency data summaries, managing phone logs, and organizing emergency procedure manuals. Additionally, the Receptionist will oversee monitoring of the electronic resident call box, maintain cleanliness of the front desk area and main entrance, and ensure office supplies are well stocked.

- minimum 1 year of front desk receptionist or customer service experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
