Job Duties
- Greet and check in guests with a smile
- answer phones and assist customers
- provide hands-on training with mannequins during downtime
- keep the salon clean and welcoming
- communicate and educate customers on Great Clips processes including online check-in and wait time monitor
- process transactions and issue receipts
- manage the flow of customers between check in and the service
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
- update customer records with contact information
- assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
- commit to working a flexible schedule including peak times
- resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- inform customers about services
