Job Description

The Receptionist role is a vital part of our front office operations. As a Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and guests, greeting and welcoming them warmly while directing them appropriately. You will manage all incoming and outgoing communications, including answering telephone inquiries and providing administrative support as needed. Your responsibilities will extend to handling packages, sorting mail, assisting in payroll check distribution, and maintaining the reception area’s professional appearance. You will also be expected to perform various clerical duties such as filing, scanning documents, and logging cash receipts daily, contributing to the smooth running of office operations.

This full-time position offers a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, providing a structured work environment conducive to work-life balance. Compensation for this role ranges between $18.00 and $19.00 per hour, reflecting the level of responsibility and required expertise. Occasional travel may be necessary for attending training sessions and company functions.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of general administrative experience, demonstrate intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Windows, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Physical requirements include the ability to lift items weighing between 30 to 50 pounds, sit or stand for extended periods, and navigate the building to fulfill job functions effectively. This position does not carry supervisory responsibilities, making it a focused role on individual contribution and excellent customer service.

This role also emphasizes safety and professionalism, ensuring all safety precautions are followed while performing duties and maintaining strong working relationships with building staff. Candidates must be capable of handling emergencies in a timely manner and demonstrating reliable attendance, including working extended hours or weekends when necessary. Job Qualifications
