Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  • must have the ability to work Wednesday through Friday 3PM-8PM and Saturday's 8AM-5PM
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with dealership management software
  • a professional appearance and a positive attitude
  • regular and predictable attendance is required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus
  • previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in an automotive setting
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with dealership management software is a plus
  • a professional appearance and a positive attitude
  • regular and predictable attendance

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel
  • process customer transactions and handle cash or credit card payments
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • assist with administrative tasks
  • provide information about dealership services, promotions, and vehicle inventory
  • coordinate with service and sales departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
