Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or public assistance preferred
- basic computer skills
- strong oral and written communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development

Job Duties
- Meet and greet customers and assist with application process including online and paper forms
- ensure lobby equipment and forms are operationally available throughout the day
- answer general inquiries related to program requirements, application processing, case status, and benefit information
- log customers into computer-based system for data collection and customer service resolution and escalate complex inquiries
- educate customers on community partners and ACCESS Account benefits including account setup and password resets
- assist customers with referrals to other agencies and community resources
- monitor lobby traffic and notify supervisor of any issues
- complete client registration clearances as needed
- request additional information or verification required for eligibility
- ensure electronic case records are documented thoroughly and properly
- process incoming and outgoing mail and scan documents into electronic files
- perform special work assignments and related duties
- maintain and develop professional knowledge by participating in training and meetings
