Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide a luxury-level experience from arrival to departure
- Manage phone calls, online bookings, and in-person scheduling with accuracy
- Coordinate stylist schedules and assist with daily flow of the salon
- Process transactions, retail sales, and gift cards
- Maintain a clean, elegant, and organized front desk and retail area
- Communicate clearly with stylists and leadership to support smooth operations
- Handle client questions, concerns, and special requests professionally
