The Weekend Receptionist role at Everett Center is a vital position that involves acting as the first point of contact for patients, residents, family members, candidates, and clients. This role requires an individual with excellent administrative skills and a warm, welcoming personality who can contribute positively to the nursing center’s reputation. The Weekend Receptionist will work 8-hour shifts from Friday through Sunday and is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing communications, coordinating mail, maintaining accurate lists of patients and employees, ordering supplies, and performing various clerical duties as assigned. This position offers an hourly salary range of $19.00 to $22.00 and provides an excellent opportunity for those who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to support the smooth operation of a healthcare facility. Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and visitors
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides
- Ability to work weekend shifts (Friday to Sunday)
- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously and redirect them appropriately
- Warmly welcome, greet and direct patients, visitors, and guests
- Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail
- Maintain current lists of patients/residents by name/room number and employees by names/phone extension
- Order supplies and perform other clerical duties as assigned
