This esteemed institute offers a comprehensive continuum of care for mental health and substance abuse treatment, focusing on delivering excellence and quality care for patients and their families. Situated on a serene 37-acre wooded campus in Smyrna, GA, near Atlanta, Ridgeview Institute provides a secure and compassionate environment equipped with a multidisciplinary team that includes Psychiatrists, Nurses, Social Workers, Counselors, Activity Therapists, and Mental Health Technicians. Their treatment options encompass inpatient services, outpatient programs, and aftercare support tailored to meet individual needs.

Currently, Ridgeview Institute is seeking a Receptionist to join their team, offering opportunities for full time, part time, and PRN positions. The Receptionist role is critical in maintaining the smooth operations of the facility’s front office and enhancing patient and visitor experiences. The ideal candidate will exhibit the highest level of customer service while managing various clerical duties. These tasks involve greeting and assisting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, logging incoming deliveries, and providing clerical assistance as needed. Beyond administrative responsibilities, the Receptionist is expected to present a professional, warm, and helpful demeanor, embodying a respectful and approachable attitude toward patients, guests, co-workers, and medical staff. Attention to detail, the ability to multitask efficiently, and tactful interpersonal skills are essential components of this role. Furthermore, flexibility in working hours, including weekend shifts, is a requirement to support the operational needs of the institute effectively.

Ridgeview Institute embraces a diverse and inclusive workplace culture with a steadfast commitment to equal employment opportunities.
