Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of receptionist, administrative, or office support experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general computer skills
  • Ability to learn program-specific software systems
  • Experience operating standard office equipment, including multi-line phone systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills, including arithmetic and percentages
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with diverse populations, including clients, landlords, attorneys, and the public

  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Greet clients and visitors while providing excellent customer service
  • Prepare, type, and distribute correspondence, reports, and forms
  • Maintain organized filing systems and accurate client records
  • Log incoming Requests for Tenancy Approval and update available unit listings
  • Prepare monthly client re-certification packets
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and faxes
