- At least one year of previous experience as a receptionist or switchboard operator
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Ability to operate standard office equipment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Job Duties
- Greeting and directing clients and other visitors to the firm
- Answering and routing all incoming calls through the switchboard
- Scheduling use of conference rooms
- Maintaining a log of appointments and activities for the firm and preparing a monthly calendar of these events for firm-wide distribution
- Performing routine clerical duties such as typing labels, envelopes, selling postage stamps, and logging all incoming deliveries
- Performing other duties as required
