The Knollwood Nursing Center is currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to join its Administrative Team. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with some flexibility based on the organization’s needs. The position offers an hourly wage range from $16.00 to $18.00. - previous receptionist, administrative, or healthcare office experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet residents, families, visitors, vendors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
- take accurate messages and respond to general inquiries
- support front desk operations including visitor check-in and directing guests appropriately
- process invoices, verify charges, and route documentation for payment and approval
- assist with billing-related inquiries and communicate with internal departments
- maintain accurate records and documentation through data entry, filing, scanning, and copying
- receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
- collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support daily operations
