Job Requirements

  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
  • Must be dependable and have a track record of providing excellent customer service to clients
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Must be able to work 8 hours a day without being on cell phone, unless for emergencies
  • Must have a dependable vehicle to and from work
  • Must have a clean criminal background
  • Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license
  • Must be able to obtain Life and Health license

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with office software and internet research
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Perform administrative and office support activities
  • Field telephone calls and greet visitors
  • Manage appointment scheduling
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Update policyholder contact information
  • Print, fax, and send proof of insurance
  • Dispense informational brochures
