Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old
Must have availability on weekends
Must be able to answer phone calls professionally
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Must be able to maintain a clean and organized work area
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be friendly and flexible with a positive attitude

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in customer service or retail is beneficial but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Basic familiarity with point of sale systems
Friendly and approachable personality
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties

Warmly greet customers
Communicate and educate customers on Great Clips processes including Online Check-in and the Wait Time Monitor
Process transactions and issue receipts
Have general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
Manage the flow of customers between check-in and the service
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
Manage answering phones
Inform customers about services
Update customer records with contact information
Assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
Commit to working a flexible schedule including peak times
Show dedication to great customer service
Work efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues
Work in a fast-paced environment
