In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, representing the community with professionalism and courtesy. This position involves clerical duties, such as filing, typing, mail sorting, and supporting various business office projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping seniors and contributing to a positive atmosphere within the community. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment and supporting the operational efficiency of the business office. The position offers same day pay availability, reflecting our commitment to supporting our team members financially as well as professionally. Job Requirements
- A passion for helping seniors
- A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family and friends, and all team members
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written
Job Qualifications
- The ability to respond calmly to emergency situations
- The ability to handle all incoming telephone calls and visitors in a pleasant and courteous manner
- Provide clerical support and represent the residence professionally
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
Job Duties
- Respectfully meet and greet all visitors to the community and direct them to the appropriate person or area
- Handle incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner and direct them accordingly
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, mail sorting
- Support the Business Office Manager with various projects such as pulling resumes and setting up interviews, data entry, and auditing charts
- Respond to emergency situations by contacting appropriate parties including 911, fire department, police
