Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in receptionist or administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Proficiency with office software and phone systems
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
Job Duties
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages as needed
- Manage front desk operations including mail distribution, scanning, and document handling
- Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination for staff
- Maintain organized client records and assist with basic administrative support tasks
- Support the team with tax season workflow, including assembling client documents and tracking submissions
- Assist with general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining a clean front office area
