Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in receptionist or administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Proficiency with office software and phone systems
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages as needed
  • Manage front desk operations including mail distribution, scanning, and document handling
  • Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination for staff
  • Maintain organized client records and assist with basic administrative support tasks
  • Support the team with tax season workflow, including assembling client documents and tracking submissions
  • Assist with general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining a clean front office area
