Job Requirements

  • Less than 1 years of experience in using a multi-line telephone system
  • commitment to continuous learning
  • proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • ability to lift 25 pounds
  • repeated use of sight to read documents and computer screens
  • repeated use of hearing and speech to communicate on telephone and in person
  • repetitive hand movements, such as keyboarding, writing, 10-key
  • walking, bending, sitting, reaching and stretching in all directions

Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors that come into the office
  • maintain tidiness of lobby and common areas
  • manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • identify opportunities to engage with customers
  • enthusiastically engage in company culture and corporate goals
  • identify complex requests and triage to designated service team or carrier
  • maintain updated customer files including policy information, correspondence, and contact information
  • order office supplies as needed
  • assist Account Managers as needed
