Job Requirements
- minimum of a high school diploma
- two years secretarial experience
- typing speed of 55 wpm corrected
- experience with office machines including copy machine, fax machine, and calculator
- understanding of filing systems and general office procedures
- ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- good telephone decorum
- good spelling skills
- ability to get along well with staff, guests, and members
- ability to perform basic calculations
- basic common sense and ability to multi-task
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- participate in the daily operations of the front desk
- provide clerical assistance to the Director of Programs and Services, Executive Director, Director of Human Resources and other administrative staff
- assist CFO with purchasing and distribution of supplies
- perform typing and clerical duties as requested by administrative staff
- carry out other duties as requested by directors and administrative staff
