Job Duties

  • Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and transfer incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and assist with conference room coordination
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Assist with outgoing correspondence and general office tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
