- At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role
- Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Job Duties
- Welcome visitors at the front desk and manage building entry by confirming the purpose of each visit before granting access
- Respond to incoming calls on a multi-line phone system and route questions to the appropriate contact or department
- Provide clear directions and general assistance to guests, tenants, and vendors arriving on site
- Prepare and open conference rooms as needed to support meetings and scheduled office activity
- Maintain an orderly reception area and ensure front desk operations run smoothly throughout the day
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to help coordinate visitor arrivals and room usage
