Job Requirements
- high school diploma
- one year of administrative experience
- ability to work Tuesday to Saturday
- excellent communication skills
- ability to operate standard office equipment
- ability to lift files and stand or bend as necessary
- no supervisory responsibilities

Job Duties
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate
- transfers callers to associates voice mailboxes when unavailable
- greets and directs visitors to the company
- checks in visitors with gear and issues claim checks for stored gear
- takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
- provides callers with company information such as address, directions, fax numbers, and website
- assists with clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating
- provides general office support with related clerical tasks
- maintains a professional and welcoming front office environment
