The role of Receptionist is pivotal in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests, especially catering to our Military Units and Billeting patrons. The receptionist acts as the first point of contact and is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and customer service duties. This includes managing check-ins and check-outs, responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating room allocations. The receptionist will develop positive relationships with guests, providing valuable and helpful information to enhance their stay. This position is suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and possess strong communication skills.
