Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year receptionist experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Windows applications
  • Ability to articulate program details clearly over the phone
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and accuracy

Job Qualifications

  • Education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma
  • At least one year of related work experience
  • Excellent communication skills including a strong command of the English language
  • Proficient to advanced PC skills including MS Windows-based applications, word processing and spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in the healthcare field
  • Proven ability to work with high accuracy and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to appropriate personnel
  • Greet all visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel
  • Assist with miscellaneous clerical duties as needed
  • Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
  • Manage and organize front desk area and supplies
  • Communicate effectively with staff and visitors
