We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our Syracuse office team. This role is essential in supporting daily office operations across multiple departments and serves as the frontline contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. As a receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for customers and visitors, reflecting the company's dedication to outstanding service.
The Receptionist will manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring calls are directed efficiently and messages are accurately recorded and delivered on time. Greeting guests with a friendly demeanor and assisting them promptly will be part of your daily routine. You will respond to general inquiries, provide product and company information when needed, and support the office staff by handling clerical and administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
Coordination with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up with customers is an important aspect of this role. Additionally, you will handle incoming communications including faxes, maintain the office supply inventory, and manage general clerical duties like filing and organizing records. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including every other weekend, is required to meet business needs.

- Minimum of 2 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience
