We are currently seeking enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our team as Receptionists on a full-time and part-time basis. Receptionists serve as the front line of communication for our dealership, representing the company’s image and maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. The role requires a blend of administrative proficiency and interpersonal skills, as receptionists are responsible for answering phones, greeting clients, and managing various clerical duties essential to the smooth operation of our Sales and Service departments. Candidates will be expected to handle a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, inventory management, and customer communication with accuracy and friendliness. This position demands multitasking capabilities, the ability to prioritize effectively under interruptions, and a detail-oriented approach to ensure all duties are performed correctly. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • various administrative duties as assigned by General Sales Manager
  • contact clients about license plates
  • enter inventory information into computer for Sales and Service departments
  • prepare inventory documents and keys for Sales and Service
  • prepare supply list and order
  • prepare FedEx packages for shipment
  • enter and post various documents
  • review scanned documents for accuracy
  • data entry in Excel spreadsheets
  • match, sort and scan various documents
  • learn company process and procedures for assigned tasks
  • complete special projects in a timely manner
