Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- experience working in clerical or secretarial role in healthcare preferred
- completion of de-escalation training within 90 days of orientation
- ability to work assigned schedules including off days, shifts, or weekends
- physical ability to perform moderately active work including frequent movement
- proficiency in computer and office equipment use
- superior customer service skills
- emotional stability and strong communication skills
- ability to maintain collaborative working relationships
Job Qualifications
