We are currently seeking a dedicated Front Office Receptionist to become the welcoming face and voice of our company from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, offering a competitive wage of $25 per hour. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our customers' experience by providing exceptional service both over the phone and in person. As the first point of contact, your friendly demeanor and professionalism will set the tone for clients’ interactions with our business. Your responsibilities will include answering multiple phone lines, transferring calls efficiently, taking accurate messages, and greeting clients and visitors warmly as they arrive for their appointments.

The ideal candidate is computer-savvy, quick to learn new systems, and able to manage various tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
