Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- fluent in reading and writing English
- proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word)

Job Duties
- Greeting and welcome guests in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner
- conduct visitor background checks using an online system and issue appropriate visitor badges
- receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- prepare outgoing mail and ensure it is delivered in a timely manner
- assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed
- provide swift and meaningful information to those in contact with
- maintain a welcoming environment for all guests and team members
