Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • fluent in reading and writing English
  • proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word)
  • reliable with consistent and dependable attendance
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Greeting and welcome guests in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner
  • conduct visitor background checks using an online system and issue appropriate visitor badges
  • receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
  • prepare outgoing mail and ensure it is delivered in a timely manner
  • assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed
  • provide swift and meaningful information to those in contact with
  • maintain a welcoming environment for all guests and team members
