- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year of previous clerical or medical office experience preferred
- ability to operate basic office equipment including computer, printer, telephone, and fax
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to remain poised and professional in stressful situations
- excellent organizational and clerical skills
