Job Duties
- Provide front-line support by greeting guests and managing incoming calls
- perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, copying, and message taking
- maintain compliance with HIPAA guidelines in all patient information handling
- collaborate with Business Development and Assessment departments during patient admission
- assist in obtaining patient vital signs upon request
- ensure lobby area is clean and welcoming with appropriate refreshments
- record and route telephone and in-person messages accurately
- demonstrate knowledge of hospital emergency code response procedures
- support special projects and community involvement initiatives
- maintain accurate records of visitors and visitation logs
