Wallick Senior Living is currently hiring a full-time Receptionist for The Ashford of Mt. Washington location. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service and wants to contribute meaningfully to the lives of seniors and their families. Positioned as the welcoming face of the community, the Receptionist will greet visitors, maintain a clean and presentable lobby, provide administrative support, and help facilitate smooth daily operations. Working typically eight-hour shifts within a window of 8 am to 8 pm, this pivotal role pays $15.00 per hour and offers an exceptional benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance effective within two weeks, paid time off, gym membership reimbursement, paid parental leave, 401K, and opportunities for career growth through tuition reimbursement and professional development.
The Receptionist responsibilities also extend to sorting and distributing mail, maintaining updated filing systems, processing resident bill payments, answering phones, and monitoring nursing call systems among other related duties. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with computers, effective communication with a variety of stakeholders including residents, visitors, and supervisors, and the ability to make routine decisions with limited supervision. Job Duties
- Greet visitors and announces their arrival
- Maintain clean, presentable lobby area for visitors
- Provide general administrative support when needed
- Sort the mail and distribute to proper person
- Keep filing up to date
- Take payments for resident bills and give receipts
- Perform other related duties as assigned such as answering phones, monitoring nursing call system and various systems as assigned
