In addition to these core responsibilities, proficient Receptionists will assist other administrative staff with overflow tasks, including word processing, data entry, and Internet research. This cross-functional support helps maintain productivity across the administrative team and ensures workflow continuity during peak periods. Our ideal candidate is someone who can manage multiple tasks with professionalism and accuracy, maintaining detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received.
The Receptionist will also be responsible for maintaining the reception and common areas in a clean and tidy manner, which reflects our commitment to a professional and inviting office environment. Responsibilities extend to receiving deliveries, sorting and distributing incoming mail, taking inventory of supplies, and restocking as needed, as well as maintaining the general office filing system. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
