Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work per diem shifts in Akron, OH
- excellent verbal communication skills
- proficiency in basic computer applications
- ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environments
- prior experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus

- ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Duties
- greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally
- manage front desk reception and telephone communications

- assist patients and visitors with inquiries and direct them appropriately
- ensure the waiting area is tidy and welcoming
- collaborate with healthcare staff to facilitate smooth patient flow
