Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of receptionist or front desk administrative assistant experience
- experience in a law firm or professional services setting preferred
- familiarity with multi-line phone systems
- proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- excellent organizational and time management abilities
- ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk administrative assistant
- law firm or professional services background preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent
- familiarity with multi-line phone systems
- strong communication skills both verbal and written
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Excel
- excellent organizational and time management abilities
- ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- take and relay messages as needed
- manage daily mail and package deliveries including logging and distributing items
- coordinate outgoing shipments via FedEx/UPS and maintain incoming fax distribution
- update and maintain staff extension list and conference room calendar
- organize and manage the front desk area and ensure conference rooms are clean and stocked
- monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate with vendors for restocking and equipment maintenance
- provide general administrative support and assist in scheduling meetings and conference calls
- perform other clerical duties as assigned to support office efficiency
