The position offered is a full-time Receptionist role based in the firm’s Las Vegas, NV office. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing incoming communications via a multi-line phone system, coordinating mail and package deliveries, and maintaining a professional and organized reception area. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of receptionist or front desk administrative assistant experience
  • experience in a law firm or professional services setting preferred
  • familiarity with multi-line phone systems
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk administrative assistant
  • law firm or professional services background preferred
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
  • take and relay messages as needed
  • manage daily mail and package deliveries including logging and distributing items
  • coordinate outgoing shipments via FedEx/UPS and maintain incoming fax distribution
  • update and maintain staff extension list and conference room calendar
  • organize and manage the front desk area and ensure conference rooms are clean and stocked
  • monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate with vendors for restocking and equipment maintenance
  • provide general administrative support and assist in scheduling meetings and conference calls
  • perform other clerical duties as assigned to support office efficiency
