- prior experience in receptionist or customer service role preferred
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- proficiency with office software and phone systems
- demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with residents and team members

Job Duties
- Greeting and directing visitors
- managing all incoming phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate person or department
- providing comprehensive administrative support to the business office including mail and delivery management, faxing, scanning, and preparing training materials and schedules
- maintaining the reception area to ensure it is always clean, tidy, and welcoming
- assisting with community readiness for inspections by maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies and emergency preparedness
- building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members
