Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent, excellent communication skills, ability to maintain composure under stress, strong customer service orientation, basic computer skills, ability to work independently, ability to follow instructions and adhere to policies and procedures, strong organizational skills, demonstrated integrity and honesty
Job Duties
- Manage a multi-line telephone system by answering calls in a timely manner, relay messages accurately and courteously, provide a positive first impression of the community to all customers, distribute and send mail and faxes, maintain inventory of office supplies, assist managers with special projects and mailings, support Executive Director and Business Office Manager as needed, maintain confidentiality of residents' personal information, uphold a professional appearance and demeanor, maintain a positive customer service environment, ensure adequate daily coverage for meal service by coordinating with Culinary Services Director and Host/Hostess, take resident meal orders, provide drink refills, assist with cleaning, resetting and preparing dining room between meals, perform all other assigned duties
