Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in computer software and office systems
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Manage company phone texts and email communications
- Greet customers and visitors, ensuring a positive experience
- Assist showroom customers with product questions and purchases
- Maintain and update showroom pricing and product information
- Distribute vendor checks and manage daily mail collection
- Oversee office supply inventory and restocking
- Track and manage customer gift bags, holiday cards, and referral gifts
- Keep office spaces, kitchen, and common areas clean and organized
- Assist in receipt audits and office record-keeping
- Support vehicle pass distribution and apparel inventory management
