We are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our team at Feather Sound Country Club. As the first point of contact for the club, you will be instrumental in shaping our members' and guests' initial impression through professional and courteous phone and in-person interactions. This role requires someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality while handling a variety of administrative duties. You will be responsible for answering and routing calls, greeting visitors, assisting with club member inquiries, and supporting event and membership departments efficiently. A significant aspect of this role involves managing reservations and coordinating communications for club events. The position is part-time with flexible scheduling that includes weekends and holidays, essential to meet the club's operational needs. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
  • Ability to work part-time hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as receptionist or in related field, a plus
  • High school diploma, required
  • Some college, preferred
  • Previous experience in a country club, hospitality, or high-end service environment is preferred
  • Proficiency using software programs such as MS Word, ACCESS, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

Job Duties

  • Answering phone calls in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls politely and efficiently
  • Greeting visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, sorting and distributing mail
  • Coordinating the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Supporting the events and membership department by conducting member briefings and updating bookings
  • Handling reservations for events and members
  • Accurately logging and tracking guests and vendor visits
  • Assisting with member inquiries regarding club events, dining reservations, and general information
  • Supporting other departments with administrative tasks as needed
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Adhering to policies and procedures of Premier Club Holdings
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of client, company, and personnel information
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization
  • Adhering to company attendance standards
  • Performing other duties as assigned
