Job Description
Our facility is dedicated to providing exceptional service and safety for both our clients and visitors. As a reputable healthcare or service establishment, we prioritize health protocols and customer experience to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. We understand the importance of maintaining a clean and organized reception area, ensuring that every visitor receives prompt and courteous attention from the moment they enter our premises.
We are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in supporting our facility's daily operations by providing frontline assistance and performing health screening procedures to ensure the safety of all individuals entering the premises. The Receptionist will work primarily on weekends, providing coverage on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. This role requires a professional who is bilingual, preferably fluent in Spanish, to accommodate a diverse range of visitors and patients.
In this position, the Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming and signing in visitors and patients, administering COVID-19 health screenings such as temperature checks and medical questionnaires, and assisting with inquiries about the facility and the services offered. The role also involves documentation and reporting responsibilities, communicating health findings directly to leads, and making necessary adjustments to appointments as required by screening results. The Receptionist will act as a translator when needed to aid communication between providers, staff, and patients.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a respectful and diplomatic communication style, and the ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced setting. They should be adept at problem-solving, following detailed instructions, and maintaining compliance with privacy regulations such as HIPAA. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is motivated to contribute positively to patient relations and overall workflow. Pay for this role is competitive and will be determined based on various factors including experience, location, and skills.
