The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading and writing in both languages, possess strong computer literacy, and be comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for greeting visitors warmly, answering phone calls promptly, and scheduling appointments accurately. Additionally, you will conduct tours to showcase our services or products, providing clear and engaging presentations. A significant aspect of your role will also include assisting with managing and responding to reviews on Google, helping us to maintain a positive online presence. Your bilingual skills will be instrumental in communicating effectively with a broad range of clients, ensuring clarity, and fostering trust.
