The Receptionist role at LendingClub’s Lehi office is a part-time position designed for a professional who enjoys serving as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors. This position combines traditional front desk responsibilities with critical physical security duties, making it central to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and efficiently managed workplace. The role involves greeting and assisting visitors and employees with warmth and professionalism, managing the front desk area to maintain an organized and inviting space, and providing general administrative support. On the security side, the Receptionist will handle issuing and managing badges, monitor access control to prevent unauthorized entry, maintain visitor logs, and escalate suspicious activities when needed. The role also supports vendor and contractor coordination, assists with on-site event management, and helps with emergency procedures and office supply management.

Located in Lehi, this part-time role requires onsite presence every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, aligning with a hybrid work schedule that prioritizes in-person collaboration for successful team dynamics. Job Duties

  • Greet and assist all visitors, candidates, employees, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
  • manage the front desk area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and welcoming
  • provide general information and support to employees and guests
  • issue and manage employee and visitor badges using access control systems
  • monitor and enforce access control procedures, including tailgating prevention
  • maintain visitor logs and ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures
  • report and escalate any suspicious activity or security incidents
  • collaborate with the Physical Security team on incident response and investigations
  • verify credentials and ensure vendors/contractors follow site access protocols
  • coordinate with facilities and security teams for scheduled maintenance or deliveries
  • escort or monitor vendors as needed during sensitive operations
  • assist with on-site event management by handling guest lists, issuing temporary badges, and coordinating with event organizers
  • provide logistical support during events, including wayfinding and crowd management
  • maintain inventory of office and security supplies such as badges, lanyards, and visitor passes
  • support emergency procedures including evacuation and drills
  • assist with mail and package handling as needed
  • document and update standard operating procedures related to front desk and security tasks
