With a focus on creating lifelong patients through the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) and Patients for Life (PFL) initiatives, Mission Dental Group combines advanced dental care with compassionate, hospitable service. They value diversity and inclusion, promoting equal opportunity across their workforce, aiming to build a healthier and happier community internally and externally.

This role is hourly paid, offering a salary range between $17.00 and $24.00 per hour, suitable for those looking to develop their professional skills within the healthcare industry.

The Receptionist will be an ambassador of the company’s culture, consistently demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and an enthusiastic approach to customer service. Responsibilities include managing patient registrations, scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls promptly, and maintaining accurate patient records in the practice management system. Emphasizing patient comfort and smooth office flow, the Receptionist plays a vital role in enhancing each patient’s experience from their initial phone call to on-site visits.

Candidates are expected to be knowledgeable about office practices and patient insurance procedures, exhibit strong organizational skills, and possess excellent interpersonal communication capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, with preferred prior experience or coursework in dentistry, insurance, or business fields. Mission Dental Group encourages energetic, results-oriented individuals who are patient advocates and process-driven operators to apply.

This position offers comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, 401K retirement plans, and paid volunteer time within the community, reflecting the company’s commitment to employee well-being and community engagement.
