- one month experience in receptionist or administrative support capacity
- current basic life support (BLS) certification
Job Qualifications

- previous front office medical reception experience preferred
- bilingual in Spanish preferred
- knowledge of medical terminology preferred
Job Duties
- greet patients and assist with registration forms
- verify insurance eligibility and benefits coverage
- enter and update patient information electronically
- receive and direct clinic telephone calls
- maintain efficient patient flow throughout the clinic
- provide clerical support to clinic operations
- ensure smooth and efficient clinic workflows
