Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Model company culture, values, standards, and best operational practices based on the We Believe Behavioral Framework
- Support the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) process by helping to get patients into the office and ensuring their comfort during visits
- Schedule appointments to ensure smooth and productive days for healthcare providers
- Interact and communicate with patients and guests in the reception area during wait times
- Answer telephones efficiently and handle all calls thoroughly
- Complete all tasks on the front office checklist daily
- Post payments to patient accounts in line with company policies
- Serve as a subject matter expert in practice management systems for patient registration, e-check in, and maintaining accurate account information
- Efficiently manage patient check-in, obtain necessary consents, and promptly notify back office of patient arrivals and relevant information
- Confirm all patient appointments according to office confirmation policies at least 2 days in advance
- Return and resolve all patient messages received from the Contact Center in a timely manner
- Actively participate in daily morning huddles, monthly team meetings, and other required meetings
- Understand business imperatives and how the role impacts office metrics
- Uphold and promote the PDS Brand framework in decision-making
- Support clinician efforts in educating patients on the Mouth-Body Connection
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with company policies and address others respectfully
- Ensure compliance with Company policies as well as state, federal, and other regulatory bodies
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
