Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
  • manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings using company calendars
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • maintain and update the front desk and reception area in a neat and organized fashion
  • assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
