In return, the employee benefits from a competitive array of perks including a 401K retirement plan with safe harbor matching, a length of service bonus up to $5,000, employee referral incentives, earned wage access prior to payday, and a generous paid time off plan. Career development opportunities, an engaged scheduling system, affordable medical, dental, and vision plans, and wellness rewards further underscore Sinceri Senior Living’s commitment to its employees’ health and professional advancement.

For individuals passionate about providing exceptional customer service within a meaningful healthcare setting, this role offers the opportunity to be an integral member of a team that values dignity, respect, and a positive workplace ethos.
