Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years or older
  • cash handling experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to attend training sessions and meetings
  • drug-free workplace compliance

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • one to two years of previous cashier or receptionist experience preferred
  • working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • strong phone etiquette
  • detail-oriented and self-starter
  • ability to manage time effectively
  • motivated to learn and grow in the automotive industry

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers
  • answer incoming calls and inquiries
  • direct calls and handle all customer payment and credit transactions
  • perform daily balancing and reconciliation of cash office accounts and bank deposits
  • assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed
  • attend meetings and training sessions as scheduled
  • perform basic administrative and other duties as assigned
